1st experience - albeit before this was branded as Atlas but was still a national chain auto maintenance store - when I went in for an oil change, they didn't replace the oil cap, which I found out about six weeks later when refilling the washer fluid. Booo, but can't hold that against them now. Previous management and all that
2nd experience - Made an appointment for an oil change for first thing in the morning, due to their being the only place open that would allow me to make it to work on time after oil change. Pulled car in, spoke with clerk regarding my appointment and handed over car key. The clerk called my car ugly, but - and I'm paraphrasing - not as ugly as a prius. He then said that you have to be careful about those because a lot of gay people drive them. Being gay myself, kind of irked me. He handed off the oil change to another person, who took the car into the bay. It then took over an hour to get the oil changed. I suppose my question with this is if there are places that can do an oil change in ten minutes time, what are you doing differently that is taking six times that?
I have had one bad experience, and one awful experience. At least for oil changed, I would definitely go someplace else.
TL;DR - due to gay slurs and poor service, I wouldn't shop here again.
